Type of Practice
Each session combines:
- Dynamic Vinyasa for strength and fluidity
- Yin Yoga for deep relaxation and body awareness
- Kundalini Yoga for energy and vitality
- Meditations and visualizations for focus and presence
- Pranayama and somatic work for alignment and well-being
Classes are fluid and creative, designed to adapt to your body and offer new perspectives with every practice.
Schedule and Class Focus
Tuesday 19:30 – 20:30 – Yin, meditation and deep stretching: an hour dedicated to relaxation, presence, and body awareness.
Thursday 19:15 – 20:15 – Dynamic Vinyasa and physical practice: energizing sequences for strength, balance, and vitality.
Saturday 08:00 – 09:00 – Energetic practice: activating sessions that transform Saturday mornings into a personal ritual of energy and vitality, perfect to start the weekend with momentum and presence
How to Prepare

Quiet space: free from distractions and large enough to move.
- Comfortable clothing: avoid tight or stiff clothes.
- Turn off your phone: silent mode or airplane mode.
- Yoga mat and props: blocks, straps, and cushions for safety and comfort.
- Barefoot: for better stability and body connection.
Platform and Introductory Questionnaire
Classes are held via Google Meet (free). Each participant will receive a personal link before each class.
Before your first class, please complete a short introductory questionnaire. This helps us personalize your experience and ensure a safe and enjoyable practice for everyone.
Terms and Conditions
- Registration is required.
- Participation is at your own risk, respecting your physical limits.
- Student cancellations: at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Teacher cancellations: classes will be rescheduled or refunded in case of single classes.
